Six Can Chicken Soup

We’re having this tonight for dinner along with some ice cream to celebrate my mother and grandfather on Veterans Day.  Very good food:

In a saucepan, combine 2 14-ounce cans of chicken broth, 1 10-ounce can of cream of chicken soup, 1 12-ounce can of chicken breast, 1 15-ounce can of chili beans, and 1 10-ounce can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.  

Simmer this soup for 30 minutes.  Then take a bowl and crunch tortilla chips into the bottom.  Pour the soup over the chips.  Mix in shredded cheese and sour cream over the top.
