Silly Things People Have Said to Me When I Tell Them I’m Not Having Children
This isn’t me personally. I’m way too naturally motherly to never have any kids. I’ve sort of accepted someday having a kid as a kind of inevitable distant future destiny of mine (in the good way — mostly). But I do think it’s funny the way some people can’t accept others who don’t want kids. Like, if someone says they’re too selfish to have kids — congratulate them on their self knowledge and go about your business.
It’s better than a kid being raised with a selfish parent.
